Our number one priority at all times is to provide safe care to you and all of our patients.
We have unfortunately had to take the decision to temporarily cap our patient numbers in order to maintain patient safety and service level. This means that for the time being we are not taking on any new patients (except for babies born to current patients or 1st degree relatives of patients already registered). We will continue to provide all the usual services to all our registered patients.
Currently, we are engaging with the local CCG to find ways of streamlining our service and improving your care. We have been working to reduce our waiting times and increase patient satisfaction but this is becoming increasingly difficult under current pressures. We are acutely aware that the telephone system causes you all frustration and we have a plan in place for a new system. We ask for your patience and continued support as we plan for your future.
